His doctorate degree was obtained at the evidence based Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR. In addition to his doctorate degree, he is a graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the “Whiplash and Brain Traumatology” program. He provides the community a unique treatment option that is invaluable, non-invasive, affordable, drug free, and a form of surgical free health care. He also utilizes the Graston Technique, Flexion-Distraction Technique, Active Release Technique, Kinesio Taping Technique, Cold Laser Therapy, and Dry Needling.

Before going to chiropractic college, Dr. Artichoker completed his bachelors degree in Biology and minored in Chemistry with a pre-med emphasis at Colorado State University of Pueblo. Although he originally planned to go to medical school, his plans changed midway into completing his masters degree in Anatomy at Colorado State University of Fort Collins. It is at this point where he felt that his past experiences with a leg length inequality combined with his graduate level education in Anatomy, he realized that chiropractic was his future.

In between his three degrees, he obtained his professional teaching license in Colorado where he taught science and other classes for five years at the high school and middle school level . In his last two years of teaching, he had the distinction of working with Peak to Peak charter school, the top rated school in the Denver-Metro area, and rated in the top 100 of the nation. In those five years, he gained lifelong skills, and has continued to maintain relationships with those he worked with, as well as the students he educated.denver chiropractor, dr. artichoker’s family
