1. Need a physical for school sports?
2. We offer same day appointments for physicals. (depending on when you
call for an appointment)
3. Physicals are good for one academic school year.
4. Please come dressed in shorts, and females should wear a tank
top for heart examinations.
5. Cost of Physical is $25.
